For dealers, fleets and importers
Buying several vehicles at once is a different job from buying one. Here is how a volume requirement is expressed, what happens to it, and what we will not claim about it.
How a volume requirement is handled
One thread, one reference
The whole requirement is recorded once, with a single reference. You are not repeating yourself across separate messages, and nothing depends on one person remembering a conversation.
Consistency across units
We look for the same model, year range and specification across the units you ask for, so the batch is coherent rather than a collection of whatever happened to be around that week.
Information per vehicle
Each unit keeps its own record: the details the supplying dealer provides, its own photographs, and a note of what was checked and what was not. Nothing is merged into one sheet that hides which car is which.
Handover to a person
Terms, shipping and documentation are taken over by a colleague who works your case in writing. What is agreed is recorded against the same reference.
What we need from you
- Models and an acceptable year range — and whether a substitute is acceptable if the exact model is thin on the ground that month.
- Quantity, and whether it can be split across more than one shipment.
- Destination country and port — they decide the age limits, the hand of drive and the documents.
- Condition expectations — as found, or checked and reconditioned to a standard you set.
- Timeline — a one-off order, or a repeat programme with a rhythm to it.
Send those through the sourcing form; a single vehicle goes the same way. What each stage of the cost covers is on the budget page.
The practical side of volume
Several vehicles can sometimes travel together, which spreads the freight across more units. Whether that is possible for your order depends on the size of the vehicles, the route and the timing, and it is confirmed by the freight forwarder for your case rather than assumed at the start.
Inspection, documentation and loading all take longer in proportion to the number of units, so a volume order is planned backwards from the arrival window you need, rather than forwards from today.
What we will not claim
- We do not publish stock counts or “available now” lists. The Foshan market moves daily, and a list would be stale before you finished reading it.
- We do not hold a unit price for a future order. A figure is given for specific vehicles on a specific day, in writing, with the basis stated.
- We do not claim every unit has been inspected. Information comes from the supplying dealer; where a vehicle matters to you and the dealer can support it, an inspection is arranged and what was checked is recorded.
- We do not guarantee that a model can be imported into your market. Age limits, duty and hand-of-drive rules are checked against official documents and your local agent.
- We do not pass your details or your requirement to anyone outside the sourcing team.
If you would rather talk it through first, the contact page lists the ways to reach us.
Send us your volume requirement
Models, quantity, destination and timeline. If you already have an arrival window in mind, say so — it changes how the search is planned.
You will get an acknowledgement straight away, and a human reply — normally within one working day.
