Who is responsible

The data controller for this website is Zhongshan Baiyou Technology Development Co., Ltd. (中山市佰优科技发展有限公司), No. 19 Yongning Industrial Avenue, Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Questions about this policy, or any request under it, go to [email protected].

What we collect

Two kinds of information, and nothing else.

What you type into the form: destination country, the vehicle or model you are looking for, quantity, one contact channel (email or WhatsApp), and — if you choose to fill them in — your budget basis, your timing, and your message. Only the first four are required.

What the site records alongside it: the page you submitted from, the page you first arrived on, the page that referred you, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, the language of the page, the type of device, operating system and browser you used, and the country your connection came from. Your IP address is turned into a one-way hash before it is stored — we keep the hash, not the address, and it cannot be turned back into your IP by us.

Why we collect it

• To answer your inquiry, and to keep one record of it so it does not get lost between channels.
• To know which page or channel produced an inquiry, so we can tell what is working.
• To detect duplicate and automated submissions. The hashed IP and the device information exist for that purpose.

We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your inquiry for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not combine your inquiry with data from other sources.

Drafting a reply with AI

When an inquiry arrives, six fields — destination country, vehicle, quantity, budget basis, timing and your message — are sent to DeepSeek, an AI service, to draft a suggested reply for our team. Your name and your contact details are not sent. The draft is read, corrected and rewritten by a person before anything reaches you, and the AI never answers you directly. If you would rather your message were not used this way, say so in the message field and we will handle your inquiry without it.

Who else processes it

We keep the number of services involved as small as the site allows. Each one sees only what its job requires:

• Cloudflare — DNS, content delivery and email routing for this domain.
• Vultr — the server that hosts this website and its database (Frankfurt, Germany).
• Resend — sends the acknowledgement email to you and the notification email to our team.
• DingTalk — delivers an internal notification to our team when an inquiry arrives.
• DeepSeek — drafts the suggested reply described above.
• Our email provider — messages sent to [email protected] are routed to our team mailbox, where they are handled like any other business correspondence.

We do not pass your inquiry to the supplying dealers, to brokers or to anyone else for marketing. Where a question about a specific vehicle has to go back to the dealer who holds it, we ask it as our own question and do not hand over your contact details.

How long we keep it

• The inquiry itself — kept for 24 months from our last exchange, so that a buyer who returns a year later is not starting from nothing. After that it is deleted.
• The hashed IP and the technical metadata — kept for 90 days, then deleted. What remains after that is the country and anonymous counts.
• Correspondence by email — kept in the team mailbox under our normal business records practice.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or profiling cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics. The only cookies you may receive are the ones Cloudflare sets for security and traffic management, and a session value that remembers a form has already been submitted so it is not sent twice. If we add analytics later, this page will be updated before it goes live — not afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm you are the person who sent the inquiry; that check exists to stop someone else requesting your data.

If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you additional rights over your personal data, we apply those rights to your request as well — the mechanism is the same email address.

Changes to this policy

Effective 23 September 2026. If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your information, the date here changes with it and the previous version is kept.
