Terms
Terms of service
What this website is for, who you are dealing with when you buy, how a purchase runs from inquiry to delivery, and what happens if it goes wrong. If a term matters to your decision, read it before you send a deposit rather than after.
1. What this website is
This website is a source of information and a way to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a contract. Sending the inquiry form does not commit you to anything and does not commit us to supply anything. Prices are deliberately not published — see section 4.
No payment of any kind is taken through this website. We do not operate a checkout, we do not hold card details, and we do not accept payment through the site’s forms.
2. Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Zhongshan Baiyou Technology Development Co., Ltd. (中山市佰优科技发展有限公司), registered at No. 19 Yongning Industrial Avenue, Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.
Vehicles are sourced from supplying dealers in Foshan, Guangdong. Those dealers hold the vehicles and provide the listing details we work from. When you buy, however, your contract is with us, not with the yard: the quotation and the sales contract name this company as the seller, and the export formalities are handled in our own name. That is the point of the arrangement — one counterparty for you, instead of several.
3. How a purchase runs
-
Step 1
Inquiry
You send the destination country, the vehicle, the quantity and a contact channel. We record it, acknowledge it, and a colleague replies.
-
Step 2
Written quotation
For the vehicle and the destination you name, we set out the figures in writing with the basis for each line — what is ours to set and what is not. It states what it includes, what it excludes and how long it holds.
-
Step 3
Sales contract
If you proceed, the terms are put into a written contract: the vehicle, the price, the payment schedule, the trade term, the shipping arrangement, the documents you receive, and the cancellation rules in section 7.
-
Step 4
Export and shipment
We complete the export formalities in our own name, hand the vehicle to the carrier and send you the documents for the shipment. What happens at the destination port is section 8.
-
Step 5
Arrival and clearance
Your clearing agent handles import clearance, duty and registration at your end. We provide the documents and answer the questions your agent raises.
4. Prices and quotations
A vehicle standing in Foshan has a price. The import does not have one until the destination is known, because duty, taxes, clearance and inland delivery at your end are set by your country and your agent. That is why no prices appear on this website: any single number here would be wrong for most readers and misleading for the rest. The cost page sets out the stages the total is made of, and who sets each one.
A written quotation is prepared for your case. It states the vehicle price, the stages included, the stages excluded, the currency, and the period for which it holds. Freight and destination charges move; when a figure can no longer be held, we tell you rather than quietly changing it.
5. What is stated about a vehicle
Vehicle details on this site are transcribed from the supplying dealer’s listing, and each vehicle page states the source and the date of transcription. They are a record of what the seller of the vehicle states, not an independent verification by us. Photographs are taken on site and show the actual vehicle.
We do not describe a vehicle as accident-free, one-owner or non-commercial unless a document establishes it, and we do not state that a vehicle has been inspected unless an inspection has been carried out. Where something has not been established, that is what you will be told. The company page explains how far our checking goes.
You may arrange, or ask us to arrange, a third-party inspection in China before shipment. It is a paid service, arranged per vehicle, and the report names what was examined. If an inspection is agreed as a condition of your purchase, its standard is written into the contract — an inspection that finds a fault does not by itself entitle you to cancel unless the contract says so.
6. Payment
Payment is made under the sales contract, by bank transfer to the account named in that contract, against the schedule it sets out — never through this website, and never to an account that appears only in an email. If you receive payment instructions that differ from the contract, stop and confirm them with us on a channel you already know before sending anything.
7. Cancellation and refunds
The sales contract governs your particular order; this section states the position we start from, so there are no surprises later.
- If you cancel before paying anything — nothing is owed by either side, and the vehicle is released.
- If you cancel after paying a deposit — the deposit is not refundable, because it is paid over to hold one specific vehicle and is committed to the supplier on your behalf. If you cancel before we have committed it, we refund it. Where we can release the vehicle and it is subsequently sold at the same price, we refund the deposit less any costs actually incurred.
- If we cannot deliver — the vehicle is withdrawn by its owner, export is refused, or an inspection agreed as a condition of the contract fails its stated standard — you receive a full refund of everything you have paid for that vehicle, within 10 business days, or a replacement vehicle if you prefer one.
- If the vehicle differs materially from the contract — the wrong vehicle, the wrong specification, or a condition materially different from what the contract states — you may choose a remedy (repair, replacement, or an adjustment to the price) or a refund of the amounts paid for that vehicle. What counts as material is defined in the contract, not argued about afterwards.
- If neither side can perform — port closure, suspension of sailings, or a change in the rules that makes the shipment impossible — the timeline is extended and neither side is in breach. If it continues for more than 60 days, either side may cancel, and amounts paid are refunded less costs already incurred and evidenced.
Refunds are made to the account the payment came from. Bank charges on the return transfer are ours; charges raised by your own bank are not.
8. Risk, title, insurance and destination costs
The trade term for your shipment (FOB, CIF or another Incoterms rule) is stated in the contract and decides who arranges and pays for each leg, and where risk passes from us to you. Under the usual terms risk passes at shipment rather than at arrival, which is why insurance is a decision worth making deliberately: we can arrange it, or you can, but it should not be left out by accident.
Import duty, taxes, port charges at destination, clearance fees, inland delivery and registration at your end are yours to pay and your agent’s to arrange. We give you the documents and the information you need for them; we do not clear your car into your country, and we do not promise that any particular vehicle can be imported — that is a question for your customs authority and your agent, and we will tell you plainly when we do not know the answer.
9. If something goes wrong
Tell us first. Write to [email protected] with the contract or quotation reference and what has gone wrong, and we will answer within 10 business days with either a proposal or a clear statement that we are not able to do what you are asking.
If that does not resolve it, the contract states the governing law and the forum. Our standard position is that the contract is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and that disputes which cannot be settled between us are referred to arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) under its rules, with the proceedings conducted in English. Arbitration is used rather than a court because an arbitral award is enforceable in most countries where a court judgment would not be. If your own legal advice requires a different forum, raise it before signing — it is a term we can discuss, not a term we spring on you.
10. What we are responsible for
We are responsible for what we control: the accuracy of our own statements and paperwork, the contract we sign, the export formalities we carry out, and the money you pay us. We are not responsible for the acts of your clearing agent, for decisions taken by your customs authority, for delays caused by carriers or ports, or for anything a vehicle does after risk has passed under the agreed trade term.
Nothing on this website is a warranty about a vehicle, and nothing on it overrides the written contract. If a statement on this site conflicts with the contract, the contract governs.
11. Content and photographs
The text, layout and photographs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to quote a listing or share a link; you may not republish our photographs as your own stock, or present our listings as vehicles you hold.
12. Changes and contact
Effective 23 September 2026. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your purchase is the one attached to your contract. Questions about any of this go to [email protected] or WhatsApp +86 150 8998 9413, and the privacy policy explains what happens to your details.
Ask before you commit
If a term here needs explaining for your destination or your own legal advice, ask now rather than after a deposit. A colleague replies in writing.
Tell us the destination country and the vehicle, and we will set out what applies to your case. What to include in a request.
