Who we are, and how far our checking goes
BuyCNCar is operated by Zhongshan Baiyou Technology Development Co., Ltd. We source used vehicles in Foshan, publish what the supplying dealer’s listing says, photograph each vehicle where it stands, and export in our own name. This page sets out what that means in practice — including what we do not check, and will not claim.
The company behind this site
- Legal name — Zhongshan Baiyou Technology Development Co., Ltd. (中山市佰优科技发展有限公司).
- Registered address — No. 19 Yongning Industrial Avenue, Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.
- Who you contract with — any sale is contracted with this company. The written quotation and the sales contract name us as the seller, and export formalities are handled in our own name.
- Where the vehicles are — in Foshan, Guangdong, held by the supplying dealers whose listings we work from. Those yards are theirs, not ours.
- Registration details — provided with any written quotation, on request. We do not publish registration numbers on this website.
- Contact — [email protected], or WhatsApp +86 150 8998 9413.
What we actually do, in order
-
Step 1
We work from the supplying dealer’s listing
Each vehicle on this site is transcribed from the listing the supplying dealer publishes in China: odometer reading, first registration date, colour, location, energy type, battery or engine details. Every fact table says where it came from and when it was transcribed. We do not re-word it into something stronger than it is.
-
Step 2
We photograph the vehicle where it stands
Nine photographs per vehicle, taken on site in Foshan — exterior, interior and controls — and consistent enough with each other to show it is one specific car rather than a stock image. Number plates are masked in every photograph we publish, which is why you will see a blurred patch on the bumpers. A photograph is a record of appearance at a moment; it is not a mechanical report, and we do not present it as one.
-
Step 3
We publish the facts and the gaps
Where the listing is silent — accident history, number of previous owners, chassis number — the page is silent too. Those are the three things a domestic listing routinely leaves out, and their absence is not evidence of a problem, only of a question nobody asked.
-
Step 4
An inspection is arranged when it matters
For a vehicle you are serious about, a third-party inspection service in China can attend the car and produce a report on structure, paint depth and mechanical condition. It is a paid service, arranged per vehicle, and the report names what was examined — so you can see the boundary of what was checked.
-
Step 5
We export and we contract
Export formalities are handled in our own name, and the sales contract is with us rather than with the yard. The commercial terms — price, shipping, payment, cancellation — are put in writing for your destination before anything is committed. The terms of service set out how that works.
What we do not claim
This is the part most export sites leave out, so it is worth being blunt about it:
- We do not call a car accident-free, one-owner or non-commercial. Unless a document says so, we do not know, and the listing usually does not say. Where a car has covered an unusually high distance in a short time, the numbers are on the page and the conclusion is yours to draw.
- We do not say a vehicle has been inspected when it has not. If an inspection has not been arranged, the answer you get is that it has not been arranged.
- We do not publish prices. A vehicle in Foshan has a price; the import does not, until the destination is known. The cost page shows which stages the total is made of and who sets each one.
- We do not publish duty rates or age limits. Those are national rules that change. Where one matters to your case, it is checked against the official documents and your clearing agent at the time of quotation.
Where to look next
- The vehicles currently held in Foshan — every listing states these fields, with nine photographs each.
- What photographs can and cannot tell you — what the pictures do establish, and the three questions they leave open.
- Send a sourcing request — destination, model and quantity is enough to start.
Ask us something specific
If a question about the company, the paperwork or a particular vehicle is not answered here, send it. A colleague replies in writing.
We use what you send only to answer your inquiry, never for marketing. How we handle your details.
